The Coeymans house, as seen above, was built around the 1750's according to local history. Additions have been added over time. One corner of the house had suffered some settlement, possibly due to an existing cistern, at that corner, and improper water egress of gutters and grading. Our repairs were minor in scope of work. The deteriorated masonry joints that were cracked, were chiseled out and cleaned, and tuck pointed with a similar mortar of the existing walls.
