Cassella Construction specializes in the restoration of historic woodwork and wood moldings in preparation for steeple and tower painting applications. We can fabricate reproduction of historic elements or do epoxy restoration in place. Cassella works well with church trustees, as well as with associated architects and engineers, to define the scope of work, develop effective remedies and move the project along to completion.
At the Reformed Church we repaired rotted fascia and soffit. As seen in the photo above, sections of the deteriorated cornice were cut out and replaced with wood, fabricated identically to the existing historic woodwork. Sealants and primer were applied, followed by finish coats of high grade paint.
After building their garage foundation they invited us to to build a new deck.
