Renaissance Custom Builders was giving The Flannery residence a new facelift with siding, windows and trim circa the era it was built. There were drainage problems and leaks, Renaissance hired Cassella Construction Corp. to dismantle the deteriorated retaining wall and rebuild with existing and new stone. We also chipped out masonry joints in the basement and tuck pointed with a lime based mortar. As seen in the photo above, view of new retaining wall from the street.
