There was a wedding coming up soon in the family at The Pedersen Estate. Kappel Construction was perfoming many resorations in preparation for the upcoming Wedding. Cassella Construction Corp. was invited to restore the stucco facade in preparation for painting by Ferguson Painting. Deteriorated sections of stucco were removed, and new components were supplied and installed to create a sound substrate for the new paint. As seen in the above photo, stucco installed.
